Our client Autoredovisning is taking a clear step towards the future of accounting firms. Through automation, smart workflows, and new working methods, time is freed from repetitive tasks to focus instead on analysis, quality assurance, and business-oriented advisory.

We are now looking for a Senior Accountant with a business partner focus who wants to help shape the next phase of the business.

This is a qualified accounting role with clear customer responsibility. Through efficient and partially outsourced workflows, the element of traditional bookkeeping is reduced. Instead, the focus is on year-end closing, reporting, analysis, and advisory.

You will primarily work with small and medium-sized entrepreneur-led and owner-led companies, where you act as a reliable financial sounding board and advisor. You will step into a strategic and developing role with significant influence and become an important key person in a close-knit team that values collaboration, knowledge sharing, and short decision-making paths.

• Year-end closing and annual reports

• Reporting and financial follow-up

• Analysis and quality assurance

• Client dialogue and advisory

• Further development of working methods and processes

• Has at least five years of experience in accounting, preferably from a firm or consulting business

• Is confident in year-end closing and annual reports

• Has good system skills and experience with Fortnox

• Communicates fluently in Swedish, both spoken and written

• Has authorization or sees it as a natural next step

Great emphasis is placed on personal qualities. To succeed in the role, you need to be communicative, business-oriented, and responsible. You have good analytical skills, are comfortable working closely with company leaders and entrepreneurs, and inspire confidence in meetings.
